Inventory Linking Exports

Linking an Export to a MUCR

An export DUCR can be linked to a MUCR in two ways:

  1. When creating an export, enter the MUCR in the relevant box, or

  2. After an export is successfully submitted:

    1. navigate to CDS > Inventory Linking Exports

    2. click Associate to MUCR

    3. Enter the MUCR in the box Parent MUCR

    4. In Select Type select DUCR

    5. Enter the DUCR in the UCR box

    6. Click Submit

Shutting a MUCR

  1. Navigate to CDS > Inventory Linking Exports

  2. Click Shut MUCR

  3. Enter the MUCR and click Submit

Querying the status of a MUCR or DUCR

  1. Navigate to CDS > Inventory Linking Exports

  2. Click Query MUCR/DUCR

  3. Select either MUCR or DUCR

  4. Enter the MUCR or DUCR in the UCR box

  5. Click Submit

  6. After a few seconds, the status of the entry should appear
